Pizza Boutique is a Belfast pizzeria group founded in 2015 by a local chef with a love for all things pizza. From a single site we've grown to four family-friendly pizzerias across Northern Ireland, all serving the same authentic sourdough, stone-baked pizza.
Our dough is made with a slow-proved sourdough, our tomato base is homemade, and our toppings lean on great local produce — from slow-cooked beef brisket to local chorizo. Alongside pizza we serve salads, bakery treats and street food.
